If you need help with something you’re working you can contact us using our support email.

If you need help with an error using the API it’s helpful to include the following information when contacting support. This will help to provide a resolution more quickly.

  • The Capsule account
  • The endpoint you’re calling and the content of the request body
  • The response headers and body. For most errors Capsule provides a developer friendly error message in the body of the API response. You can find more information on these messages in our Handling API responses guide.
